Rob Flack has an extensive background in both business and public service.

He has served as the president of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, chair of the London International Airport, and chair of St. Peter’s Seminary Foundation. He was a co-founder of the London Bishop’s dinner and the annual Charity Classic golf tournament which raises money for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Southwestern Ontario and Camp Trillium.

After graduating from the University of Guelph in 1979, he started working at an Agri-business company called Masterfeeds, as a sales trainee.

In 1993 he was named President and CEO. 

He helped MasterFeeds become one of the largest animal feed suppliers in Canada, and in 2003 was given the Golden Award by the Animal Nutrition Association of Canada for his leadership in the feed industry.

He was elected to the Ontario Legislature as the MPP for Elgin-Middlesex-London in 2022.

He served as the Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Agriculture before being appointed to cabinet as the Associate Minister of Housing in 2023.
