Hon. Rob Flack MPP for Elgin-Middlesex-London

Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing

Hon. Rob Flack will be speaking about the recent Ontario PC election victory, the new government’s priorities, his new role, focusing on interprovincial trade and labour mobility within Canada.

Rob is a lifelong businessman and farmer who has served as Premier Ford’s Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing since March 19th, 2025. He previously served as Minister of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness (2024-2025), and as Associate Minister of Housing (2023-2024). He has served as MPP for Elgin—Middlesex—London since 2022.

Rob spent nearly 43 years at Masterfeeds Inc., rising from Sales Trainee to President and CEO, significantly expanding the company’s footprint throughout Canada. Honoured with the Golden Award from the Animal Nutrition Association of Canada, he has also held leadership roles with the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and Canadian Hereford Associations.

A dedicated community leader, Rob and his family own a cattle farm in the Ottawa Valley. He founded the Charity Classic golf tournament supporting the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation and Camp Trillium. He has also chaired the London International Airport and St. Peter’s Seminary Foundation.
